These soft, brown, non-stick noodles are made from buckwheat flour and perfect in noodle soups, cold dishes and stir-fries. Like all of the wheat noodles, they need to be rehydrated before serving. To rehydrate, thaw frozen noodles in boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Drain and rinse reconstituted noodles under cold water. Once rehydrated, they have a 7-10 day shelf life when covered under refridgeration.
