Japanese Dressing is a combination of Wasabi, Yuzu, Mustard and Rice Vinegar. It is great as a dipping sauce for particularly fried items such as Shrimp Tempura and Dumplings, or for regular salads or seafood items. No kitchen should be without a bottle!
