Traditional Central Mexican style of red chorizo. 80/20 blend of Hoosier pork. Seasoned with paprika, oregano, onion, cumin, garlic, annatoo and sea salt. No baking spices. Great for tacos, soups, breakfast, pizza topping, chili and more. Flavorful, but mild heat.
