Grillbasa is an un-smoked version of the Kielbasa, also known as a Kielbasa Biala. This riff on the classic is all pork that is lightly seasoned with garlic, black pepper, and marjoram, cased in natural hog casings and ready for grillig or smoking. If you decide to smoke, we perfer to smoke on hickory and cherry.
