Texas Hot Link is a pork and beef sausage seasoned with our blend of spices, a little cayenne, and shiner bock beer, smoked with hickory and cherry. While it's called a hot link, it isn't particularly spicy although ther is a little cayenne for a pop of heat. Tasty sausage cold and hot.
