Our dried, Apricots are bright orange in color and are rich in Vitamin A as well as being a good source of iron and calcium. Dried Fruits are very versatile. Use in baked goods, salads, sauces, stuffings, trail mixes, hot cereals, muffins, scones, fruit cakes and for homemade ice cream. Contains sulfites.

Dried Apricots are great as a snack just as they are. They're wonderful diced and added to muffins or scones. The flavor of apricots bends well with citrus. Try them added to your next couscous dish or in a cold chicken and lettuce salad.

There is no preparation needed for dried fruit. If used in baking, you may want to rehydrate. To rehydrate dried fruit, pour boiling water over the fruit and let sit covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well before using.
